Newsletter #5. Tim talks to Tom Emerson of 6a Architects about his book Dirty Old River.
Hello Superurbanists,
Tom Emerson’s new book Dirty Old River, published by Park Books offers clever insight into the work of the practice 6a Architects that he set up with his partner Stephanie Macdonald. There’s a particularly great chapter on Milton Keynes and how the thinking behind it, corrupted perhaps by later values, informed the practices design of the Gallery there.
There’s much more in his conversation with Tim Abrahams We promise you, for instance, that you will never think about the work of Frank Gehry in the same way once you’ve heard Tom talk about him.
